某大型真机泵性能试验的流量随机误差分析研究

摘要 目前国内外在大型泵的制造精度上还存在诸多问题,且对于这种大型泵的真机试验研究甚少,而大型泵的真机性能是判定大型泵质量水平的重要依据。查阅资料表明真机试验流量的随机误差分析对于指导人们生产制造高质量的大型泵而言至关重要。误差分析对比结果表明:选择合理的采集和处理数据方式,可以很直观地改善水泵性能状况。这在很大程度上能够提高大型泵的质量水平。 There are still many problems about producing precision of the large pump nowadays,while rightly less studying the large pump on home and abroad.However,the large prototype pump’s performance is a crucial basis to judge its quality.Through consulting the material,it implies that the analysis for the flow random error of the prototype pump test is very vital to produce the high-quality pump.The error analysis by comparisons proves that choosing a proper way of collecting and solving data can improve the pump’s performance condition directly,so as to improve its quality.
