摘要
结合工程实际,对大跨空间结构外飘檐装配式吊顶施工技术进行研究,采用支撑柱和网架下弦球节点板螺栓连接、铝面板和副龙骨螺栓连接以及"关节"铰接式连接板,实现了吊顶的三维可调性,有效地适应网架受力变形及风荷载作用,满足了吊顶的曲面造型要求,施工效率高,形成了相应的施工新技术。
Combined with the construction practice, this paper studies the construction technology for the fabricated suspended ceiling with outward floating eave in large-span space structure. Such technology adopts the bolt connection of the support column and spherical joint plate of lower chord of space truss, the bolt connection of aluminum panel and the auxiliary keel, and the "joint" articulated connecting plate to achieve the three-dimensional adjustability of the suspended ceiling, to adapt to the force deformation and wind load of the grid effectively, and to meet the curved surface modeling requirements of the suspended ceiling, which has high construction efficiency and forms the corresponding new construction technology.
