隧道模板用于房建工程的施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Tunnel Formwork for House-Building Project

在特殊背景条件下,以阿尔及利亚地区使用隧道模板进行建造的房建工程为例,分析了隧道模板的工艺原理与使用于房建工程的操作要点。该隧道模板与普通圆弧形隧道模板不同,系由2块L形模板拼装组合而成,具有定型化设计、整体性好、周转次数多等特点,亦可用于房建结构施工。实践证明:作为普通模板的替代品,只要机械配置合理,并对工艺流程进行优化控制,隧道模板用于房建工程同样可以做到安全、高效。

Under special background and conditions, taking the house-building construction project by using the tunnel formwork in Algeria as an example, the process principle of the tunnel formwork and the key operation points used in the house-building construction project are analyzed. Such tunnel formwork is different from the ordinary circular tunnel formwork. It is composed of two fabricated L-shaped molds with the characteristics of finalized design, good integrity and more turnover times. It can also be used for the house-building construction. Practice has proved that as a substitute of ordinary formwork, if the mechanical configuration is reasonable and the technological process control is optimized, the tunnel formwork can also be safe and efficient for house-building construction projects.
