摘要
结合重庆市江北城CBD区域江水源热泵集中供冷供热项目三期工程实践,总结了基于BIM的大直径短管阀门预拼短接安装施工。即先通过BIM技术对管线进行建模和虚拟施工设计,再在短管阀门预拼件加工及吊装焊接的过程中严控施工精度,最后在申报验收前进行清理和自检,从而确保了管道安装的整体性。
Combined with the third phase practice of the centralized cooling and heating supply project of the riverwater-source heat pump in the Jian gbei City CBD area of Chongqing, the pre-assembled short conn ection in stallatio n construction of large-diameter short pipe valves based on BIM is summarized in this paper. Firstly, the modelling and virtual construction design of pipeline is carried out by BIM technology, then the construction precision is strictly controlled in the process of manufacturing prefabricated elements of short-pipe valves as well as in hoisting and welding process and finally, the cleaning and self-inspection are carried out before the application for inspection, so as to ensure the integrity of the pipeline installation.
