摘要
结合宁波市地理环境和相关问题的分析,对宁波海绵城市的建设进行了思考。从建设理念、政策扶持以及技术手段等3个方面对宁波的海绵城市建设提出了相关建议。通过对海绵城市建设理念、技术和政策问题等的探讨研究,为宁波海绵城市建设指引方向。
Based on the analysis of Ningbo's geographical environment and related issues, the construction of Ningbo sponge city was deliberated. Relevant suggestions for the construction of Ningbo sponge city were proposed from three aspects of construction concept, policy support and technical means. Through the discussion and research on the construction concept, technology and policy issues of the sponge city, the direction for the con struction of Ningbo sponge city is pointed out.
