摘要 以上海建工集团为例,介绍了大型建筑集团型公司转型发展为建筑全生命周期服务商的基础和条件,指出了转型发展需要把握的重点与战略目标。同时,在建筑施工、设计咨询、房产开发、城建投资、建材工业等5大领域,分别论述了打造服务商形象的实施路径。 Taking Shanghai Construction Group as an example, this paper introduces the foundation and conditions of the large-scale construction group company’s transformation and development into a whole life cycle service provider,and points out the key points and strategic objectives that the transformation needs to grasp. At the same time, in the five major fields of building construction, design consulting, real estate development, urban construction investment, building materials industry, the implementation path of building a service provider image was discussed respectively.
