摘要
以上海建工集团为例,介绍了优化集团管控的基础和主要挑战点,并阐述了突破集团管控体系瓶颈的5大要素。同时,从管控执行力、管理整合、绩效评价体系等方面,对强化集团管控的路径进行了实践和探索。
Taking Shanghai Construction Group as an example, this paper introduces the basis and main challenges of optimizing group management and control, and expounds the five major factors that help break through the bottleneck of the group management and control system. At the same time, from the aspects of control execution, management integration, performance evaluation system, etc., the practice and exploration of the path of strengthening group management and control have been carried out.
