摘要
研究了14/16极高压变极三相异步电机定转子所需要的槽配合和定子出线方式,并成功完成了电机的开发设计及产品的制造。通过对该双速电机产品的试验表明,在满足机组要求的情况下,从高速切换到低速,可以减少功率消耗,从而达到节能的目的。
This paper studies the ways of the slot coordination and the coiling-out of the stator of the rotor of the 14/16-pole high-voltage pole-changing three-phase asynchronous motor as well as introducing the development,design and manufacture of the motor. The test of the double-speed motor shows that the switch from high speed to low speed can reduce power consumption to realize energy conservation with the requirements of the unit met.
