分类策略在设备精细检修管理的应用

A Study on the Application of the Classification Strategy in the Fine Overhaul Management of the Equipment

以喷油螺杆空压机为例,利用ABC分类法对空压机故障后果进行评级分析,针对不同部件、子系统制订相应维护策略。然后对相应维护需要占用的资金类型进行评价,综合故障类型和维护资金类型后根据风险管控要求制订相应管理策略。目的是实现分类决策对设备精细化管理。

Taking the oil-injection screw-type air compressor for example,this paper introduces the rating analysis of its fault consequences based on the ABC classification as well as formulating related maintenance strategies for different components and subsystems. Then,fund forms of corresponding maintenance items are evaluated. Finally,relevant management strategy is formulated according to the requirements of the risk management and control based on the integration of fault types and fund forms of maintenance,to realize the delicacy management of the equipment by means of the classification strategy.
