摘要
为提高新员工培养管理的针对性和有效性,以某供电公司变电检修岗位员工为例,对新员工队伍的现状进行简要分析,并提出了有针对性的培训方法和对策。
Taking employees on the substation overhaul post in power supply companies for example,in order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the training and management for new employees,this paper analyzes the current situation of them and presents pertinent ways and strategies of training.
