白光诊断表面质量的应用

摘要 为了实现检验表面的质量缺陷自动化及量化,应用了白光测量设备的工作原理,研究白光测量技术应用于车身表面质量检测中的可行性。结合了在线检测的理论知识和实践方案,实现白光诊断表面质量缺陷,实践结果证明该方法具有实际的应用价值。 In order to check the surface quality of parts automatically and quantificationally,the operational principle of optical measuring is applied to explore the feasibility of optical scanning for the surface quality inspection.Combining the theoretical knowledge and practical scheme of on-line detection,it is concluded that optical measurement technology can detect surface defects. Practical results show that this method has practical application value.
