对砝码检定数据控制的实时监测方法

A real-time monitoring method of measuring of the weights

针对砝码检定过程数据多、计算量大、手工录入易出错的特点,提出了一种在线实时监测砝码检定的数据处理方法。通过阐述并分析E2等级砝码检定折算质量修正值的各种影响因素,形成一种规范化的砝码检定数据控制方法。结果表明,该方法能够自动进行数据处理和运算,实时对数据结果的有效性进行预警判断,自动生成砝码检定证书,提高砝码检定工作质量和效率,有利于砝码检定数据的控制和管理。

A data processing method which can monitor online real- time is proposed in order to deal with the mass data, the large amount of calculation and the error of manual entry of the weight measurement. By presenting and analyzing each factor of the conventional mass of class E 2 weights, a standardized method that can control the conventional mass is formed. This method can automatically process and calculate and predict the validity of data;it is also able to generate a verification certificate automatically.The experimental results prove that the method can improve the quality and efficiency of obtaining the conventional value of mass. Moreover it is useful for controlling and managing the results of measurement of weights.
