鼠曲草的活性成分治疗呼吸系统疾病的靶点探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的预测鼠曲草主要活性成分及其治疗呼吸系统疾病的作用靶点,为后续进一步研究鼠曲草治疗呼吸系统疾病的药效物质基础及作用机制提供思路。方法基于CNKI、Pubmed文献及TCMSP数据库文本挖掘,筛选其化学成分,并通过ADME性质进行初步筛选活性成分,采用网络药理学方法,借助Cytoscape软件,构建鼠曲草活性成分-靶点-疾病的网络。结果药理网络分析表明,鼠曲草目前已知的主要活性成分包含贝壳杉烯酸、豆甾醇、汉黄芩素、合金欢素等9种成分,其对支气管哮喘、肺癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等呼吸系统疾病可能具有一定的治疗作用,其作用涉及毒蕈碱型乙酰胆碱受体、过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体、β_2肾上腺素能受体、肿瘤坏死因子等在内的16个作用靶点。结论鼠曲草治疗呼吸系统疾病药效作用体现了中药多成分、多靶点、多途径的作用特点,该研究为进一步验证并阐释鼠曲草的药效作用机制提供了方向。 OBJECTIVE To predict the main active components from Gnaphlium affine(GA)and their therapeutic targets for respiratory diseases,which will provide ideas for further studies on the pharmacodynamic material basis and mechanism in the treatment of respiratory diseases.METHODS Based on CNKI,Pubmed literature and TCMSP database,the chemical constituents were screened,and the active components were preliminarily screened by ADME properties.The network pharmacology method and Cytoscape software were used to construct the Gnaphlium affine ingredients-targets-pathways network.RESULTS The pharmacological network analysis showed that the main active ingredients of GA contain kaurenoic acid,Stigmastero,wogonin,Acacetin and so on.They may have a certain therapeutic effect for respiratory diseases,such as bronchial asthma,lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,by the therapeutic target of muscarinic acetylcholine receptor,peroxidase proliferation of activated receptor,β2 adrenergic receptor,tumor necrosis factor and the other 12 receptors.CONCLUSION The pharmacodynamic effect of Gnaphlium affine in the treatment of respiratory diseases showed the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in multi-components,multi-targets,and multi-pathways.This research provides a direction for verification and interpretation of the pharmacodynamic mechanism of GA.
