莲子心中有效成分与微量元素含量的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Trace Elements and the Active Ingredient in Plumula Nelumbinis.

目的探讨莲子心药材中有效成分与微量元素的相关性,为莲子心的质量综合评价提供参考。方法依据国家药典标准,采用HPLC法测定莲子心中有效成分莲心碱的含量,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定莲子心中微量元素铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)的含量,用SPSS 19.0统计软件对有效成分含量与微量元素含量进行相关性分析。结果相关性分析结果表明,与莲心碱含量呈现显著正相关关系的微量元素有锌(Zn)和锰(Mn),呈显著负相关关系的微量元素有铬(Cr)。结论莲子心药材中有效成分和微量元素之间存在密切相关关系,但确切结论还需进一步测定和进行量效关系研究分析。

OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between active ingredient and trace elements in Plumula Nelumbinis and provide a reference for the quality control of Plumula Nelumbinis.METHODS According to Chinese pharmacopoeia standard,the active ingredient in Plumula Nelumbinis.was determined by HPLC.and the contents of Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Cr,Pb,Cr in Plumula Nelumbinis.were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The correlation between the contents of active ingredient and trace elements was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software.RESULTS The result of correlation analysis showed that Liensinine contents in Plumula Nelumbinis has strong positive correlations with Zn,Mn contents,while has a negative correlations with the Cr.CONCLUSION There is a close correlation between active ingredient and trace elements in Plumula Nelumbinis.But the exact conclusion still needs further determination and concentration-response relationship analysis.
