摘要
目的改进布洛芬颗粒中布洛芬含量测定的方法。方法采用Waters XBridge C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以醋酸钠缓冲液(取醋酸钠6.13g,加水750mL使溶解,用冰醋酸调节pH值至2.5)-乙腈(40∶60),流速1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长为263nm。结果布洛芬线性范围为0.134~1.336mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.97%(RSD=0.32%)。结论改进的方法简便、准确,重复性好,专属性强,更有利于用于布洛芬颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To improve the determination method of ibuprofen in ibuprofen granules by HPLC.METHODS The analysis was performed on an Waters XBridge C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of sodium acetate buffer solution(sodium acetate 6.13 g,water 750 mL dissolved,with acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 2.5)-acetonitrile(40∶60)at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 263 nm.RESULTS The linear ranges of ibuprofen was 0.134-1.336 mL·mL^-1(r=0.9999).The average recoveries(n=6)were 99.97%(RSD=0.32%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,thus it is more beneficial for quality control of ibuprofen granules.
