益脑增智丸的质量标准研究

Studies on the Quality Standard of YiNaoZengZhi Pill

目的建立益脑增智丸的质量控制方法。方法对处方中茯苓、山药、杜仲进行了显微鉴别;并对山茱萸和枸杞子进行了薄层鉴别。结果该处方中所含的茯苓、山药、杜仲3味药材的显微特征明显;并且在薄层色谱中可检出与熊果酸对照品、枸杞子对照药材色谱相同的斑点。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好。可用于控制益脑增智丸的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control method for YiNaoZengZhi Pill.METHODS Fuling,Yam,eucommia ulmoides were identified by microscopical chatacteristics.Cornel and medlar were identified by TLC method.RESULTS The Micro feature of Fuling,Yam,eucommia ulmoides were clear.Malol and medlar could be idetified by TLC in the same side.CONCLUSION The method is simple and feasible,highly accurate and precise.It can be used for the quality control of YiNaoZengZhi Pill.
