摘要
合理的车载电网设计和完备的电能管理系统可以延长蓄电池寿命、提升舒适性负载的使用体验、节约发电油耗、降低电气部件的选型要求及提升车辆性能。介绍了在汽油乘用车上电能管理技术的开发与应用,以实现智能发电机控制、负载功率管理、怠速调节以及静态电流监测等功能。通过转毂和环境仓试验,证实集成该技术后的车辆供电稳定性得到了有效保证,并在NEDC工况中节约燃油2.5%~5.5%。可见电能管理技术在传统汽油乘用车领域的巨大应用价值。
A well designed onboard power net and complete electrical energy management (EEM) system can effectively extend the lifetime of battery,increase the experiences of comfort consumers,save fuels related to power generation,lower the component selection requirements and increase vehicle performances.In this paper,the development and application of EEM technique on gasoline passenger car were proposed.With the technique,intelligent generator control,load power management,idle speed adjustment and static power monitoring functions are accomplished.At last,it was proved on rotator and environment hub that with the EEM technique integrated,the stability of vehicle power net is convinced,the NEDC fuel consumption is reduced by 2.5 %~5.5 %.Thus,the EEM technique has great application value in traditional gasoline passenger vehicle.
