万能式断路器双刀轴承冲击疲劳寿命仿真与试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 某万能式断路器的双刀轴承在操作机构合/分闸过程中承受交变冲击载荷,需要校核其冲击疲劳强度。引入了基于累积损伤的寿命预估方法,并利用该方法对双刀轴承的冲击疲劳寿命进行估算。理论分析结果与试验结果较吻合,表明该方法能有效预估承受单向循环冲击载荷零件的疲劳寿命。 The double-tool bearing of an air circuit breaker endures alternative impact load in on-off process of mechanism,so the impact fatigue strength should be checked.In this paper,the predicting method of fatigue life based on cumulative damage was introduced,which is used for estimating impact fatigue life of double-tool bearing.The analytical result coincides well with the experimental data,which shows that the method can effectively predict the fatigue life of the parts subjected to biaxial circulating impact load.
