摘要
工业机器人是智能制造领域的典型设备,其工作在复杂电磁环境中,电磁兼容性是工业机器人重要的指标。目前工业机器人的国内外认证依据的电磁兼容标准为通用标准,产品针对性差,造成测试一致性差。本文简述了工业机器人的技术发展阶段以及国内外现有的机器人标准化组织和标准发展动态,重点分享了目前机器人电磁兼容标准中欠缺的技术内容,结合机器人应用和技术发展对后续电磁兼容测试进行了技术展望。
Industrial robot is a typical equipment in the field of intelligent manufacturing, which works in the complex electromagnetic environment.At present, industrial robots only could use the general standard for certification both in domestic or abroad. But for the general standards, the requirements are not detail, that may get the poor consistency of test results.This paper briefly described the technological development stage of industrial robots and the development trends of existing robot standardization organizations and standards in domestic and abroad, and focused on sharing the technical contents that are lacking in the current robot electromagnetic compatibility standards. In combination with robot applications and technological development, the paper makes a technical outlook for the follow-up electromagnetic compatibility tests.
