摘要
提出了相位可控三相Buck型AC/AC变换器的电路拓扑结构,该电路由3个单相Buck交流单元和三相输出滤波器构成,其滤波电容以三角形接法相连,使得3个单相Buck交流单元中3次谐波电压相互抵消,继而确保输出滤波电感中不流过3次谐波电流,在输出端得到相位可控的正弦输出线电压。详细研究了电路工作原理,给出了参数选择控制策略,在仿真分析的基础上,研制了原理样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性。
Thecircuittopologystructureofphase-controlledthree-phaseBuck-typeAC/ACconverterwasproposed. The circuit consists of three single- phase Buck converters and three- phase output filter. The filter capacitor was connected by triangular connection to cancel out third harmonic voltage,and ensure that the output filter inductor did not flow third harmonic current;the output line voltage whose phase was controlled would be sinusoidal. The principle of circuit operation was studied in detail,and the parameter selection control strategy was given. On the basis of simulation analysis,the prototype of the principle was developed. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis.
