摘要
大豆预处理车间基于不同加工规模、不同工艺流程存在不同的设备布置方案。依据基本设计理念,分析物料路径,探讨建筑专业设计固有特点,结合生产操作、点检维修、工艺优化的实践,总结出指导设备布置设计应用的普适规律。归纳分析影响设备布置的重要因素,从具体情况到一般原理构建设计基础,以期形成最佳实践为精细化、标准化设计提供参考。
Equipment layout plan of soybean pretreatment plant varies according to different processing scale and technological process.Based on the basic design concept,the paper analyzes the material path,discusses the inherent characteristics of architectural design,and combines with the practice of production operation, spot inspection and maintenance,and process optimization,summarizes the universal rules guiding the equipment layout design and application.the important factors affecting equipment layout are summarized and analyzed,and the design basis is constructed from specific conditions to general principles,so as to form best practices and provide references for refined and standardized design.
