氨基乙酰丙酸和柠檬酸对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血液指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of aminolevulinic acid and citric acid supplements on growth performance,immune organ indices and blood biochemical parameters of broilers

摘要 研究日粮中添加氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)和柠檬酸(CA)对爱拔益加(AA^+)肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血常规、血液生化指标及血清抗体滴度的影响。试验选用1日龄健康AA^+肉鸡720只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只鸡,分别饲喂基础日粮、添加10 g/t ALA和15 kg/t CA的试验日粮,试验期28 d。结果表明,ALA一定程度上提高了日采食量和日增重,ALA和CA有降低料重比的趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);ALA和CA有提高全血中血红蛋白浓度的趋势(P>0.05);ALA和CA对免疫器官指数、血清免疫球蛋白、铁含量及肝脏铁没有显著影响(P>0.05);ALA对27日龄新城疫抗体效价有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。因此,肉鸡日粮中添加ALA和CA可一定程度改善肉鸡生产性能和血液携氧能力。 The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of aminolevulinic acid and citric acid addition in diets on the growth performance,immune organ indices,blood routine indices,blood biochemical parameters,and serum antibody titers of broilers.A total of 720 healthy one-day old AA^+ broiler chicks were used in a 28-day feeding study.The birds were randomly allocated into 3 treatment groups,fed the corn-soy-based diet,or basal diets supplemented with 10 g/t aminolevulinic acid or 15 kg/t citric acid,respectively.Each group was composed of 6 replicates of 40 broilers.The results showed that:The addition of aminolevulinic acid increased ADFI andADG,and FCR was decreased in the test groups,but all with non-significant difference(P>0.05);Addition of aminolevulinic acid and citric acid had a tendency to increase the hemoglobin concentration in whole blood(P>0.05);There were no significant effects on the immune organ indices,serum immunoglobin,serum ferrum,and liver ferrum amounts;There was an increased effect on the serum levels of Newcastle Disease antibody on d 27(P>0.05).From this study,it is suggested that broiler diets supplemented with aminolevulinic acid and citric acid could improve the growth performance and blood oxygen carrying capacity to a certain extent.
