控制性卵巢刺激与凝血功能 被引量：4

摘要 控制性卵巢刺激(controlled ovarian stimulation,COS)是辅助生殖技术(ART)环节之一。通过体外受精-胚胎移植术受孕的妇女发生静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的风险是自然受孕妇女的10倍。COS过程中,应用促排卵药物,内、外源性血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)以及雌、孕激素水平升高,导致凝血及纤溶系统失衡,可表现为血栓前状态(PTS),增加不良妊娠结局风险,严重时形成血栓危及母胎生命安全。
