摘要
精神疾病的界定是精神病学研究的基本问题。人们对精神疾病的界定会受到科学因素和非科学因素的影响。本文根据精神病学发展的史实证据,总结若干影响精神疾病界定的非科学因素,并反思了这些非科学因素对精神疾病界定产生的不利影响。在此基础上,对如何应对和处理这些非科学因素提出了建议。
The definition of mental illness is a fundamental topic in psychiatry and is influenced by both scientific and non-scientific factors. Based on the historical evidence of the development of psychiatry,some non-scientific factors influencing the definition of mental illness can be summarized as well as their negative influences, In addition, this paper puts forward some suggestions to deal with these non-scientific factors.
