摘要
以某塑壳断路器为研究对象,简化灭弧室腔体模型,运用Fluent模块进行燃弧阶段灭弧室气流场仿真。调整栅片角度、喷弧口位置、栅片腹部长度以及腔体形状进行仿真,对比改进后与改进前灭弧室的1 ~4片栅片间隙气流速度、灭弧室喷弧口气流速度,以及两种灭弧室内部气流分布情况。在此基础上,完成灭弧室试制,并进行短路分断试验。试验表明:改进结构有助于缩短燃弧时间,提升分断性能。
Taking a molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) as the research object,this paper simplified the simulation model of arc chamber,using Fluent to simulate flow field of arc chamber in arcing stage.It makes the simulation optimization after adjusting angle and length of the splitter plates,position of the air outlet,shapes of arc chamber.Contrast the two structure of arc chamber about the flow velocity in 1~4 splitter plates,the flow velocity in air outlet,the flow distribution in the arc chamber.According to the flow simulation,this paper completes the manufacture of arc chamber.Through short circuit breaking test,the result shows that the improvement of mechanism helps to shorten arcing time and improve breaking performance.
