摘要
在常规的控制方法下,三相PWM整流器(VSR)的起动往往会出现电流过大的问题。起动电流冲击使得开关应力过大,甚至影响整个系统的稳定性。针对这个问题,介绍了VSR的建模与双环控制方式,从物理上解释了起动冲击电流产生的原因,进而提出了一种通过合理设计起动瞬间电压环输出限幅值进而有效抑制过流的方法。试验结果表明,该方法能够简单且有效地抑制VSR起动时的过流现象。
Three-phase voltage source rectifier (VSR) usually has an overcurrent shock during the starting up time under common control method,which results high current stress or even influences the system stability. Firstly, the modeing and the traditional dual-loop control method for the converter are introduced in this paper. Secondly, the forming of overcurrent was analyzed based on it. Lastly,a method was proposed by limiting the output amplitude of voltage loop in the start moment. The experimental results show the effectiveness and conciseness of the proposed method.
