摘要
目前教师教育实践类课程的实施之所以举步维艰或大都流于形式,关键在于缺乏规范有效的评价体系。档案袋评价注重过程和多元,不仅是教师教育实践类课程评价方式优化的重要途径、新时代师范生综合素质发展的牢靠航标,而且因与实践类课程拥有同根的理论基础和共同的反思功能,在教师教育实践类课程中的运用具有一定的适切性。豫南X大学J学院教育学专业的实践类课程评价已在使用档案袋,为了增强其评价的有效性,有必要进一步发展为档案袋评价,并发挥其评价过程的动态性和评价主体的自主性、多元性等。
At present, the implementation of teacher education practice curriculum is quite difficult and formalism because of the lack of standardized and effective evaluation system. The Archives Evaluation Program focused on practicing process and multiple evaluation. It is an important way of promoting the evaluation optimization of teachers’ education and practice curriculum. It is also a reliable navigation mark for the development of the comprehensive quality of normal students in the new era. What ’s more, the Archives Evaluation Program has certain suitable application with teachers’ education and practice curriculum because it shares the same theoretical foundation and same reflection function with practical classes. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the evaluation, it is necessary to develop it into the evaluation of archive portfolio, and give full play of independence and diversified evaluation subjects to the dynamic nature of the evaluation process.
