摘要 植物蜡质是附着于植物组织表面的一层疏水性屏障,在蔬菜作物中,表皮蜡质是重要的农艺性状,存在于甘蓝、黄瓜、西瓜等蔬菜作物的组织器官上,对植物生长发育和适应外界环境起到重要作用。目前,植物蜡质的生理生化作用和遗传分子机制研究已经取得了重要进展,笔者综述了蔬菜作物果实和叶片表皮蜡质性状的生物学功能、结构与化学成分、遗传规律与基因定位以及植物蜡质合成与调控基因的克隆,并对蜡质在蔬菜作物上的研究与应用前景进行了展望。 Plant wax is a hydrophobic barrier covering the surface of plant tissues. In vegetable crops, epicuticular waxes is an important agronomic trait, which exists in the tissues and organs of cabbage, cucumber, watermelon and other vegetable crops.It plays an important role in plant growth and development and adaptation to the external environment. At present, important progress has been made in the study of its physiology and molecular genetics. In this paper, the biological function, structure and chemical composition, laws of heredity and gene localization of waxy traits in fruit and leaf epidermis of vegetable crops, as well as the cloning of waxy synthesis and regulation genes were reviewed. The research and application prospect of waxy traits in vegetable crops were also prospected.
