摘要
华泰集团12#机采用100%废新闻纸生产新闻纸过程中,胶黏物给生产和产品质量带来严重问题。用生物酶控制胶黏物在12#机进行了工厂中试。中试结果表明:经过酶处理后,成浆池纸浆中胶黏物含量和数量减少,纸机前烘刮刀上的胶黏物明显减少,黏性降低,并且纸机车速提高。
During the production of newsprint in 12# paper machine of Huatai Group using 100% ONP as raw material,the stickies caused serious problems in production and products quality.A pilot on application of enzyme for stickies control was carried out in 12# paper machine.The results showed that both the stickies content and stickies quantity decreased after enzyme treatment,and the sticky deposits on the doctor of the first drier and their stickiness decreased obviously.In addition,the speed of the paper machine increased after enzyme treatment.
