中年女性每日膳食微量元素摄入量与偏头痛的相关性研究 被引量:2

Relationship between daily intake of dietary trace elements and migraine in middle-aged women

摘要 目的探讨每日膳食微量元素摄入量与中年女性偏头痛的关系。方法在线获取美国妇女健康研究(SWAN)中数据(https://www.swanstudy.org/)。参与者通过自评问卷的方式评估是否患有偏头痛。膳食摄入量通过1995年版饮食频率调查问卷估算。比较偏头痛成员与无偏头痛成员临床资料及膳食微量元素摄入量的差异;采用Logistic回归分析明确膳食微量元素中影响偏头痛的独立危险因素。结果纳入研究的2953例42~52岁女性中,有479例(16.2%)成员患有偏头痛,归为偏头痛组;剩余2474例成员归为对照组。与对照组比较,偏头痛组成员家庭总收入、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)明显降低,体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。膳食微量元素方面,与对照组比较,偏头痛组成员每日膳食中钙、磷、锌摄入量明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,偏头痛组中高于推荐膳食供给量(RDA)中锌摄入量的人群明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调整年龄、家庭总收入、BMI、TC、TG、LDLC、HDLC后,每日膳食钙、磷和锌摄入量成为偏头痛的独立危险因素。基于限制性三次样条回归分析结果进一步显示,随着这3种膳食微量元素摄入量的增高,偏头痛风险逐渐升高。结论每日膳食微量元素中的钙、磷和锌摄入量增加将加大偏头痛发作风险,饮食因素可成为偏头痛防治研究的切入点之一。 Objective To study the relationship between daily intake of dietary trace elements and migraine in middle-aged women.Methods Cross-sectional design study used data from Study of Women's Health Across the Nation(SWAN,https://www.swanstudy.org/)was performed.Migraine was assessed by participant self-assessment questionnaire.Dietary intake was estimated by 1995 Dietary Frequency Questionnaire.The clinical data and daily intake of dietary trace elements were compared between subjects with and without migraine.Logistic regression was performed to analyze the independent factors of dietary trace elements influencing migraine.Results Totally,2953 women aged 42-52 years were included in the study;479(16.2%)had migraine(migraine group);the remaining 2474 were classified as control group.As compared with those in the control group,the total family income and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)levels were significantly decreased,and the body mass index(BMI),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)levels were significantly increased in the migraine group(P<0.05).The daily intakes of calcium,phosphorus,and zinc in the migraine group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).More subjects in migraine group had significantly higher dietary zinc intake than those in control group(P<0.05).In the unadjusted model,daily dietary calcium,phosphorus,and zinc intakes were the independent influencing factors of migraine after adjusting age,total family income,BMI,and total cholesterol(TC),TG,LDLC,and HDLC.Based on the results of restricted cubic spline regression analysis,the risk of migraine increased following the increased intake of these three dietary trace elements.Conclusion The daily intake of calcium,phosphorus and zinc in dietary trace elements are positively correlated with migraine;dietary factors may be one of the starting points for migraine research.
