“全面二孩”政策背景下城市女性生育意愿与生育行为差异研究

Study on the Difference of Fertility Willingness and Fertility Behavior of Urban Women under the Background of Comprehensive "Two-child" Policy

分析生育意愿与生育行为差异,促使生育意愿向生育行为转化,有助于提高生育水平,缓解劳动力短缺及人口老龄化等社会问题。立足扎根理论,通过便利抽样与标准抽样相结合的方法选取27名西安城市女性进行深度访谈,通过编码分析发现在"全面二孩"政策背景下家庭因素、女性因素、社会因素是生育意愿与生育行为差异的主要影响因素,并在此基础上构建城市女性生育意愿与生育行为差异的影响因素模型,为进一步把握未来人口形势及完善相关政策提供理论依据和资料佐证。

This paper analyzes the factors that influence the difference between reproductive intentions and reproductive behaviors,and promotes the transformation of reproductive intentions into reproductive behaviors,which can help alleviate the social problems such as labor shortage and aging population.This paper adopts the method of rooted theory,and selects 27 Xi'an urban women for in-depth interview by the method of convenient sampling and standard sampling.Through coding analysis,it is found that family factors,female factors,and social factors are the main factors that affect the difference between reproductive intentions and reproductive behaviors in the context of the"comprehensive two-child"policy.On the basis of this,the paper constructs the model of influencing factors of the difference between the reproductive intention and the reproductive behavior of urban women,which provides the theoretical basis and supporting data for further grasping the future population situation and improving the relevant policies.
