摘要
利用2005—2016年京津冀和长三角区域面板数据,从区域内和跨区域两个层面对区域技术创新协同影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:区域内技术创新协同主要受到知识型人力资本、企业创新投入密度、主体自主创新、资本开放水平等因素影响;跨区域技术创新协同主要受到知识型人力资本、资本开放水平、技术市场发展等因素影响。知识型人力资本在区域内与跨区域发挥相同的作用,显著促进区域内和跨区域技术创新协同活动;资本开放水平在区域内和跨区域发挥不同的作用,其显著阻碍了区域内技术创新协同活动,却促进了跨区域技术创新协同活动。
Based on the panel data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region from 2005 to 2016,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the influence factors of regional technological innovation collaboration from the perspective of regional and cross-regional perspectives.The research results show that the regional technological innovation collaboration is mainly affected by such factors as knowledge-based human capital,enterprise innovation input density,subject independent innovation and capital opening level.Cross-regional technological innovation collaboration is mainly affected by such factors as knowledge-based human capital,capital opening level and the development of technological market.Knowledge-based human capital plays the same role within the region as it does across regions,and significantly promotes the collaborative activities of technological innovation within and across regions.The capital opening level plays different roles within the region and across regions,which significantly hinders the regional technological innovation collaborative activities,but promotes the cross-regional technological innovation collaborative activities.
