陆海统筹视角下舟山构建现代综合交通运输体系发展浅析

Analysis on the Development of Modern Integrated Transportation System in Zhoushan from the Perspective of Land and Sea Planning

党的十九大报告中提出"要坚持陆海统筹,建设海洋强国"。对于舟山来说,打造现代化的交通体系是充分发挥海洋资源优势的重大基础保障,又是浙江舟山群岛新区深入长三角和广袤的经济腹地的重要连接方式。本文尝试从舟山构建现代化交通体系必要性、可行性、现实困难和发展路径等角度,来全面阐释陆海统筹下这座群岛城市的美好未来。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that“we must adhere to the coordination of land and sea and build a strong country in the ocean.”For Zhoushan,building a modern transportation system is a major foundation for giving full play to the advantages of marine resources.It is also an important connection method for the new Zhoushan Islands in Zhejiang Province to penetrate the Yangtze River Delta and the vast economic hinterland.This paper attempts to comprehensively explain the future of this archipelago city from the perspective of the necessity,feasibility,realistic difficulties and development path of Zhoushan to build a modern transportation system.
