摘要
以我国连锁企业、从业人员、高等院校为研究对象,探究我国连锁行业品类管理的实施现状以及人才培养情况。调查表明企业认为品类管理很有价值,但在实施过程中还存在问题,企业在未来五年人才需求旺盛。品类管理人才最应该具备商品知识、数据分析能力和采购谈判能力。建议连锁企业、高等院校以及行业协会都应该积极应对,保证好行业人才培养。
Taking the chain enterprises,practitioners and institutions of higher learning in China as the research object,this paper explores the implementation status of talent management in China's chain industry and the cultivation of talents.The survey shows that the company believes that category management is very valuable,but there are still problems in the implementation process,and the company has strong demand for talent in the next five years.Category management talents should have the most knowledge of commodities,data analysis and procurement negotiation.It is recommended that chain enterprises,universities and industry associations should actively respond to ensure the cultivation of talents in the industry.
