周围性面神经麻痹的感觉刺激与运动疗法的联合运用效果

Effect of combined use of sensory stimulation and exercise therapy on peripheral facial paralysis

目的:探讨感觉刺激与运动疗法联合使用治疗周围性面神经麻痹患者的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月至2017年12月间收治的周围性面神经麻痹患者120例随机的分为两组,各60例。研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予感觉刺激和运动训练,对照组给予常规治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率为98.33%,对照组为83.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损评分均升高,其中研究组升高程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:感觉刺激联合运动锻炼治疗周围性面神经麻痹患者可显著改善患者面神经功能,提高疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sensory stimulation combined with exercise therapy on patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:120 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each.The study group was given sensory stimulation and exercise training on the basis of routine treatment,while the control group was given routine treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 98.33%in the study group and 83.33%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly increased,while the increasing degree of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sensory stimulation combined with exercise in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis patients can significantly improve the function of the facial nerve and the curative effect.
