类情景还原式《小儿外科学》教学改革方法探讨

摘要 针对当前《小儿外科学》教学过程大多停留在课堂讲授层面、临床教学理论脱离实际的现状,本文对该课程教学理念进行适当调整,提出采用“类情景还原式”教学模式进行课程的讲授,既突破了当前教学方法的限制,也将传统的以教师讲授为主的教学方式转变为以学生为中心的案例教学过程。结果表明,采用“类情景还原式”教学方法,《小儿外科学》课程的教学效果大幅提高,学生积极性和综合能力显著增强。 Considering the present situation that the teaching process of pediatric Surgery mostly stays at the level of classroom teaching and the theory of clinical teaching is divorced from reality,this paper adjusts its teaching concept properly,and puts forward the teaching mode of situation-like reduction to teach the course,which breaks not only through the limitation of current teaching methods but also traditional teaching methods.The teaching method based on teacher lecturing is transformed into a student centered case teaching process.The results showed that the teaching effect of Pediatric Surgery course was greatly improved and the students enthusiasm and comprehensive ability were significantly enhanced by using the scene reduction teaching method.
