基于医务人员心理资本的医患关系研究

Research on doctor-patient relationship based on the psychological capital of medical staff

目的:了解医务人员心理资本对其医患关系的影响,为缓解医患矛盾提出新的解决视角。方法:采用心理资本问卷和医患关系问卷包头市各级各类公立医院的380名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:(1)医务人员的医患关系总体体验为中等水平(x=2.93)即不是特别好也不是很糟糕;(2)医务人员心理资本的平均水平较高(x=4.31)表明医务人员的心理状态良好;(3)医患关系总分与心理资本总分呈显著的负相关(r=-0.23,P<0.01);(4)心理资本对医患关系的预测达到了显著性水平(P<0.001),其标准化系数为-0.23,即心理资本得分越高,医患关系得分越低,医患关系体验越好;(5)乐观(P=0.000<0.001)和韧性(P=0.036<0.05)对医患关系的预测达到显著水平。结论:医务人员的心理资本对其医患关系影响显著,可以通过提高医务人员心理资本水平达到改善其医患关系的目的。

Objective:To understand the influence of medical personnel's psychological capital on their doctor-patient relationship,and to propose a new perspective for solving doctor-patient conflicts.Methods:380 medical staff of baotou public hospitals were investigated by psychological capital questionnaire and doctor-patient relationship questionnaire.Results:(1)The overall experience of doctor-patient relationship of medical staff was of medium level(x=2.93),which was neither particularly good nor very bad.(2)The average level of medical staff's psychological capital is relatively high(x=4.31),indicating that medical staff are in a good psychological state.(3)There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of doctor-patient relationship and the total score of psychological capital(r=-0.23,P<0.01).(4)The prediction of psychological capital on doctor-patient relationship reached the significance level(P<0.001),and the standardized coefficient was-0.23,that is,the higher the score of psychological capital,the lower the score of doctor-patient relationship,and the better the doctor-patient relationship experience.(5)Optimism(P=0.000<0.001)and toughness(P=0.036<0.05)predicted a significant level of doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion:The psychological capital of medical staff has a significant influence on the doctor-patient relationship,and the improvement of the doctor-patient relationship can be achieved by improving the level of the psychological capital of medical staff.
