国内氯碱企业现用均流仪及其运行状况调查报告

Investigation report on current equalizers presently operated in China’s chlor-alkali enterprises and their operation status

介绍了均流仪及其特点和功能以及在氯碱生产中的应用现状。以2018—2019年58家氯碱企业供电整流技术与设备现状调查数据为依据,汇总了国内氯碱企业在使用均流仪过程中遇到的问题、发生的故障甚至酿成的生产事故及对氯碱生产造成的影响,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了预防及解决措施,总结了分析检测经验。以此为国内氯碱企业选择和使用均流仪提供参考依据,从而更好地保证氯碱生产的安全、稳定运行。

Current equalizers are introduced in aspects of their characteristics,functions and their application in chlor-alkali production.In order to provide a reference for China's chlor-alkali enterprises to select and operate current equalizers and to ensure safe and stable chlor-alkali production,the author surveyed power supply rectifier technology and equipment in 58 chlor-alkali enterprises from 2018 to 2019.Basing on the survey data,the author summaries the problems encountered by domestic chlor-alkali enterprises in the process of using the current equalizers,the failures and even the accidents and their impact on chlor-alkali production.The causes of these problems are analyzed,and preventative and solving measures are put forward.Experience in analysis and determination is summarized.
