摘要
对伍德迪诺拉电解槽单槽切换系统过程中存在的问题进行汇总。根据长期运行数据,讨论氯氢压差波动对离子膜和半壳存在的潜在危害。通过理论结合实践操作提出应急操作措施和技术改进办法,降低氯氢压差波动对离子膜的损伤,从而延长离子膜使用寿命,使离子膜电解槽高效运行。
This paper summarizes the problems existing in switching in and off an ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer in long-term operation of Uhdenora electrolyzers.Based on long-term operation data,the potential hazards of hydrogen-chlorine pressure fluctuation to ion-membranes and to cathode half shell are discussed.By combining theory with practice,emergency operation measures and technical improvement methods are put forward to reduce the damage of ionic membrane caused by fluctuation of chlorine-hydrogen pressure difference,so as to prolong the service life of ionic membrane and run efficiently the ionic membrane electrolyzers.
