离子膜起泡的原因及防范措施

摘要 介绍了离子膜法制碱生产工艺流程。离子膜的性能直接决定着能耗和生产成本。但是离子膜本身非常容易损坏,所以在运行过程中要严格控制各项工艺指标。离子膜在日常生产中被破坏的原因有:阴极液流量过小,阳极液流量过小,pH值过低,阴阳极温差过大,离子膜安装反,电流密度过大,压差过大,槽温过高,开停车频繁以及盐水指标不合格等。针对不同原因,给岀相应的防范措施。 The production process of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda was introduced.The performance of ionic membrane determines the energy consumption and production cost.However,the ionic membrane itself is very easy to be damaged,so in the process of operation,the process indicators must be strictly controlled.The causes of destruction of the ionic membrane in daily production include too small flow rate of cathode liquid,too small flow rate of anode liquid,too low pH value,too large temperature difference between cathode chamber and anode chamber,too large current density,too large pressure difference,too high electrolyzer temperature,frequent start-up and shut-down,and unqualified brine,etc.For different causes,the corresponding preventive measures are given.
