树脂塔再生碱性水的回收再利用

Recycling of alkaline water from regeneration of resin tower

为提升氯碱生产过程中的环保要求,节能降耗,降低废水污染,唐山三友氯碱有限责任公司将树脂塔用碱再生1h后的碱性废水回收,用于配制低浓度烧碱(质量分数为15%~26%),满足烧碱生产系统内部自用。

In order to save energy,reduce consumption and reduce wastewater pollution,Tangshan Sanyou Chlor-alkali Co.,Ltd.recovered the alkaline wastewater from the resin tower which had been regenerated by alkali for 1 h.The recovered alkaline wastewater was used in the preparation of low concentration caustic soda(mass fraction 15%-16%)which was used in caustic soda production system.
