参枳消萎汤联合穴位敷贴对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者症状改善及血清TFF3、G-17水平的影响

Effects of shenzhixiaowei decoction combined with acupoint application symptom improvement and serum TFF3 and G-17 levels in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

目的分析慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)采用参枳消萎汤联合穴位敷贴对患者症状改善及血清三叶因子3(TFF3)、胃泌素-17(G-17)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年9月～2018年5月收治的94例CAG患者,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各47例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以参枳消萎汤联合穴位敷贴治疗,比较两组总有效率、治疗6个疗程后症状评分、血清TFF3、G-17水平。结果两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组总有效率高于对照组。治疗6个疗程后,两组症状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组的症状评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗6个疗程后TFF3均较治疗前降低,G-17均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论参枳消萎汤联合穴位敷贴治疗CAG,可促进患者症状及预后改善,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the effects of shenzhixiaowei decoction combined with acupoint application on symptom improvement,serum trifoliate factor 3(TFF3)and gastrin-17(g-17)levels in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods 94 CAG patients admitted to hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to treatment method,with 47 cases in each group.Control group were treated with routine western medicine,and observation group were treated with shenzhixiaowei decoction combined with acupoint application.And then,total effective rates as well as symptom scores,serum TFF3 and G-17 levels after 6 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Difference in the total effective rate was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After 6 treatment courses,symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After 6 treatment courses,TFF3 levels in both groups were all lower than those before treatment,and G-17 levels were higher than those those before treatment(P<0.01),and those in the observation group improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shenzhixiaowei decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of CAG can improve the symptoms and prognosis of patients with significant curative effect.
