摘要
以色列长期处于战争状态,其卫勤保障水平居于世界前列。该文作者通过参加以色列国际卫勤培训和研讨,明确了以色列国防军的卫勤保障现状,从"战友守护者"计划的出台、战时救治体系的变化以及军医培养方式的调整3个方面综合阐述了以色列国防军军医团卫勤保障理念与策略调整的主要内容,剖析了演进原因并讨论了其仍在强化的理念,旨在为我军开展卫勤保障工作提供借鉴和参考。
Israel has a very high level of health service in the world as it has been involved in many wars. Based on the author’s experiences attending the international medical course and discussion in Israel,this paper specifies the status of health service in Israel Defense Force( IDF). It elaborates on the main evolution of Israeli health service concepts and strategies in three aspects: proposal of " My brothers ’ keeper " plan,changes of treatment systems in wartime,and adjustment of military medical training. Finally,it summarizes the reasons for these changes and discusses the doctrines which IDF continues to strengthen in order to provide some reference for health service development in China’s army.
