摘要
为减轻承包商施工作业人员工作压力,合理控制工作节奏,降低作业风险,以县级供电公司承包商施工为例,深入分析违章施工的类型和原因,构建了工作节奏量化基础模型和风险管控流程,以此实现作业风险关口前移,提升了风险管控能力;通过对承包商和业主工作节奏量化,达到进度、安全、质量管理的优化,提高了工程效率;通过风险管控流程实现风险联动监督管理,形成风险齐抓共管的良好局面。
In order to alleviate the work pressure of contractor construction workers, control the work rhythm reasonably and reduce the operation risk, by taking the construction of contractor of county power supply company as an example, the types and causes of illegal construction are analyzed in depth, and the quantitative basic model of work rhythm and the risk control process are constructed, so as to realize the forward movement of the operation risk gateway and enhance the risk control ability. Through the quantification of work rhythm of the contractorand owner, it achieves the progress, safety, quality management optimization, improves the efficiency of the project. Through the risk management and control process, it achieves risk linkage supervision and management, formes a good situation of risk co-management.
