摘要
介绍了一次4×100t/h反渗透膜一段异常快速污堵、出力大幅度下降的事件,分析并找出了本次反渗透膜快速污堵的原因,通过调整运行方式及反渗透膜化学清洗,及时恢复了反渗透膜制水出力。
A rapid abnormal fouling and blockage event of a 4×100 t/h reverse osmosis membrane section are introduced, which make a significant decrease in output. Reasons for the rapid fouling of reverse osmosis membranes are analyzed. By adjusting the operation mode and chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis membrane, the output of reverse osmosis membrane water production system is restored in time.
