摘要
针对目前在现场进行电缆接头制作过程中,使用常用工具对其电缆钢铠剥切费时费力且工艺质量难把握的问题,根据现场作业条件及电缆钢铠特性,设计了一种电缆钢铠电动剥切工具。试验结果表明,该工具不仅能快速地对电缆钢铠进行剥切,并且使工艺质量极大提升,不伤及电缆内护套;提高了作业效率和设备的安全可靠性。
In view of the problem of time-consuming and laborious stripping and cutting of cable steel armour by common tools in the process of making cable joint on site, an electric stripping tool for cable steel armour is designed according to the working conditions on site and the characteristics of cable steel armour. The test results show that the tool can not only peel and cut the cable steel armor quickly, but also greatly improve the technology without harming the inner sheath of the cable, and improve the operation efficiency and the safety and reliability of the equipments.
