竹醋液在洗护产品中的应用研究

Application research of bamboo vinegar in washing products

本文重点研究了不同来源的竹醋液原料在抑菌、祛异味、抗霉菌等方面的性能。结果表明,竹醋液对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有着较好的抑菌效果,同时还具有明显的祛除异味作用,对霉菌也有一定的抑制作用;但在特定低浓度条件下,竹醋液反而促进霉菌生长。

The performance of bamboo vinegar samples from different sources was studied in antibacterial, deodorant and antimycotic applications. The results show that some of these bamboo vinegar samples have a good antibacterial effect on the common Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and they also have obvious deodorant effect and a certain inhibitory effect on mold.However, at a certain low concentration, bamboo vinegar will play a role in promoting mold growth.
