摘要
探讨了如何利用流变性能指标如屈服值、相位角来快速评价洗涤产品的悬浮能力,并据此筛选适合的聚合物以获得所需要的悬浮能力。通过与实际稳定性测试结果对照,为长期稳定性预测提供快速筛选手段。结果表明,当表面活性剂添加量较低时(10%),洗衣液或硬表面清洁剂屈服值或相位角均可准确预测悬浮体系是否稳定;当表面活性剂添加量较高(16%)甚至更高时,屈服值不能用来判断是否可以稳定悬浮,相位角指标可以相对准确预测悬浮性能和长期稳定性。
This article focuses on how to use rheological properties such as yield values and phase angles to quickly assess the suspension stability of detergent products and to screen the appropriate polymers to achieve the desired suspension performance. By comparing with the actual results of stability test, it is expected to provide a rapid screening method for long-term stability prediction for different rheology modifiers in various systems. The results show that when the surfactant dosage in the formula of laundry detergent or hard surface cleaner is relatively low (such as 10% or less), the yield value or phase angle can be used to accurately predict whether the suspension system is stable;however, when the surfactant dosage is relatively high (e.g. 16% or even higher), the yield value cannot be used to judge whether the suspension will be stably suspended, but the phase angle index can be used to relatively accurately predict the suspension performance and long-term stability.
