安徽高校体育器材设施建设现状及成因分析

An Analysis of Present Situation and Causes of Sports Equipment and Facilities Construction in Universities of Anhui Province

对安徽高校体育器材设施建设情况进行研究,对比分析安徽高校体育器材设施建设自扩招以来的变化情况。结果显示:1)安徽高校体育器材设施建设分五个阶段:一是均衡发展阶段。二是学生规模大幅增加,设施建设严重滞后阶段;原因:扩招刺激,设施滞后。三是学生规模中幅增加,设施建设快步跟上阶段;原因:高校合并,独立学院快速发展,新校区建立。四是学生规模小幅增加,设施建设零星增加阶段;原因:部分老校区设施更新。五是学生规模稳定,设施建设基本停滞阶段;原因:用地缺乏、资金有限。2)设施总面积增加幅度远小于总人数增加的幅度。3)室外设施生均低于"国家标准"基本类和发展类,差距显著。

This paper studies the construction of sports equipment facilities and compares and analyzes the changes of sports equipment facilities construction in Anhui universities since the expansion of enrollment.The results show that:1)The construction of sports equipment facilities is divided into five stages:One,balanced development stage.Second,the scale of students has increased significantly,and the construction of facilities is seriously lagging behind;Extending enrollment stimulation,delayed facilities.Third,the size of the students increases in the middle,and the construction of facilities quickly follows the stage;The merger of universities,the rapid development of independent colleges,and the establishment of new campuses.Fourth,the size of students has increased slightly,and the construction of facilities has increased sporadically;Some old campus facilities are updated.Fifth,the student scale is stable,and the construction of facilities is basically stagnant;Lack of land and limited funds.2)The increase in the total area of the facility is much less than the increase in the total number of persons.3)Outdoor facilities are all lower than the“national standards”basic category and development category,with significant gaps.
