摘要
通过高海拔呼吸面罩营造的低氧环境,探索不同负荷条件下的低氧耐力训练对大学生身体形态、机能和素质的影响。结果:1)在身体形态指标方面,实验Ⅱ组实验后体重和体脂含量组内配对样本T检验后均有统计学意义上的显著性下降,体重指标实验后组间独立样本T检验后有统计学意义上的显著性差异;对照组实验后体重和体脂含量组内检验均有显著性下降;2)在身体机能指标方面,实验Ⅱ组实验后肺活量、第一秒时间肺活量、最大摄氧量组内和组间检验均有显著性提高;对照组实验后肺活量和最大摄氧量组内检验均有显著性变化;3)在身体素质指标方面,实验Ⅱ组实验后Beep Test组内和组间检验均有显著性差异;对照组实验后Beep Test组内检验有显著性差异。结论:ETM低氧耐力训练对身体形态、机能和素质的影响效果取决于训练时间的长短;建议谨慎选择训练器械,慎重对待训练器械商业宣传语。意图借助高大上的训练器械,在减少训练时间的同时获取更好的训练效果或许是一种有违人类进化历程的错误想法。
Purpose:To explore the effects of low-oxygen endurance training under different load conditions on the body shape,function and sport quality of college students through the low-oxygen environment created by elevation training mask.Results:1)In terms of body morphological indexes,the test of body weight and body fat content in the experimental group II is significantly decreased after the experiment,and there is significant difference between the groups after the experiment of body weight index;after the experiment,in the control group there is a significant decrease of body weight and body fat in the intra-test group;2)the vital capacity,the first-second lung capacity,the maximal oxygen uptake group and the inter-group test are significantly improved in the experimental group II;after the experiment,the lung capacity and maximal oxygen uptake of the control group are significant changes in the test within the intra-test;3)after the experiment,the Beeptest of the experimental group II is a significant difference between the inter and intra-group test;there is a significant difference in the Beeptest group test in the control group.Conclusions:the effectiveness of elevation training mask on body shape,function and sport quality of college students depend on the training time zone;It is recommended to carefully select training equipment and carefully treat training equipment slogans.Intention to use advanced training equipment to reduce training time but to get the same training effectiveness is a wrong idea that violates the evolutionary process of human beings.
